Rummage Sale April 5

Join us on Saturday, April 5 from 8 a.m. until noon for our annual rummage sale!

It’s one of the biggest fundraisers of the year for our youth group. They spend a lot of time organizing and promoting the event… and organizing donations. Proceeds help offset the cost of youth mission trips, and help us sponsor a child through World Vision.

Chase away the chills with chili Feb. 1

Join us for our chili dinner fundraisier, Feb. 1 at 4 pm.

You’re invited to the Ivy Chapel Chili Dinner. It’s a great way to chase away the winter blues and help raise money for Ivy Chapel’s programs. 

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. Checks may be made out to Ivy Chapel UCC.

We’re also holding a raffle with great prizes like grocery and restaurant gift cards, gift baskets and more. Email us if you’d like to donate an item.

Want to help with the event? We need people to help make desserts and to decorate tables. Let us know if you can pitch in.

Our biggest fundraiser of the year is approaching – and we need your help to help promote it! Help us make this the best HarvestFest ever by inviting your friends and promoting the event around the community whenever you can.

HarvestFest is Nov. 2 at 6:30 pm, right here at Ivy Chapel – 620 N. Woods Mill Road.

Sell your wares at the 2013 Ivy Chapel Christmas Craft and Vendor Fair

The Second Annual Ivy Chapel Christmas Craft and Vendor Fair is November 22 from 5:30 to 9 p.m. – and we need your help. We’re looking for crafters, bakers, builders & sellers of all kinds to join us in kicking off the Christmas season. It’s a chance to give your new, growing or established business some great exposure, and, of course, to have some fun doing it.

We ask that you reserve your space early–last year our spaces sold out. The registration fee is $30 for a 6 ft. table, and $35 for an 8 footer.

Fill out the registration form and mail it to Ivy Chapel Vendor Fair, 620 N. Woods Mill Road, Chesterfield, MO, 63017.

2013 Christmas Craft and Vendor Fair Nov. 22

Are we really talking about Christmas time already? Well, we do have a way to go… but it’ll be here before you know it. Mark your calendar for the Ivy Chapel Christmas Craft and Vendor Fair. Last year’s event was a huge success, and we’re looking forward to an even bigger and better event this year. Come join us to shop local vendors, handmade crafts, baked goods, one-of-a-kind jewelry and more! Finish up (or start) your Christmas shopping, listen to some live Christmas music, visit with friends and pick up some snacks to eat now or later!

Check this site often for updates. As the event gets closer, we’ll post a list of upcoming vendors and other exciting things you’ll see at the fair.

Mark your Calendar: HarvestFest, November 2

Ivy Chapel’s Annual HarvestFest is on this year thanks to a group of wonderful volunteers who have agreed to lead the project. Mark your calendar now for November 2. It’s an evening of wine and cheese, hors d’oeuvres, desserts, live music and more – all right here at Ivy Chapel. Proceeds from the evening and the silent and oral auctions will benefit local food pantries and other Ivy Chapel outreach programs. Watch this space for more details! Find treasures at a bargain! Rummage Sale April 20.

It’s time to hone your treasure-hunting skills while you support the youth programs at Ivy Chapel United Church of Christ! Our annual rummage sale is Saturday, April 20, from 8 a.m. to noon.

We’ll have something for everyone, from toys, clothes and household items to kitchen accessories, sporting goods and tools.

Come by, find a bargain and help our youth! Ivy Chapel is located at 620 N. Woods Mill Road in Chesterfield.

Spaghetti for Everyone! Feb. 23, 4-7:30pm

Stop by Ivy Chapel in Chesterfield, MO for the Spaghetti Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 23. We’ll be serving delicious spaghetti with tomato or meat sauce, salad, bread, drinks & dessert. The event runs from 4 – 7:30 p.m. And the best part? It’s a bargain! Just $8 for adults and $4 for children, dine-in or carry out.

All proceeds will benefit Ivy Chapel programs.

It’s that time of year again… time to start thinking about… pasta. Lots and lots of pasta. Ivy Chapel’s famous Spaghetti Dinner is coming. It’s Saturday, February 23.

Wine Tasting and Spuds Dinner April 14

Ready to raise your wine IQ and help Ivy Chapel at the same time? Come to our Wine Tasting, April 14 at 6pm. It’s presented by Wines for Humanity, and 10% of the proceeds from the event will support Ivy Chapel programs.

After the tasting, hang around for a bit for one of our most popular social events of the year – the Spuds Dinner. It began years ago as a new member welcome event, but has become much bigger than that! Enjoy salad, baked potatoes (with toppings!) and, of course, decadent desserts.
